Search your dates and hotel, choose a room, and confirm your guest details. Your reservation is held immediately and a booking ID is issued on the confirmation page.
What is the cancellation policy?
Most stays can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Non-refundable promotional rates are clearly flagged before you confirm.
Which payment methods and currencies are supported?
You can view prices and pay in AED or SAR. Online card payments are activated once the payment gateway is connected; until then reservations are held as payment pending.
How are agent commissions calculated?
Commission is a fixed percentage of the room revenue on every confirmed booking made through your referral link, set on your agent profile when your account is approved.
When are commission payouts processed?
Commissions are verified after guest check-out and marked paid by the administration team. You can track pending and paid amounts live in your agent portal.
How does the agent referral link work?
Every approved agent receives a personal referral link. Any booking started through that link is attributed to your account automatically and appears in your dashboard.
